Offline-first business software for Pakistan
The internet goes out.Your business doesn't.
Raseed runs your billing, receipts, stock and collections on the computer in your shop, with or without internet. Your records stay with you, not on someone else's server.

- One street of shops, drawn in fine lines. The picture travels along it and brings one shop at a time into colour, with its name written beside it.
- The shops in colour are Ali Net (internet), Rang Collection (clothes), Saffron Table (food) and Noor Medical Centre (clinic).
- The buttons under the picture go to an internet provider, a restaurant, a clinic or a clothing shop.

- Ali Net's shop stands on its street in colour, with the cloud above it, its second branch up the cross street, and its people around it on their phones, each joined to the shop by a dotted line.
- Switch the internet off and the line to the cloud is cut and the phones' lines go, but the shop stays lit, a note says still billing, and bills go on printing.
- Switch it back on and the shop's lines come back, and the phones join it again one after another.
Illustration with sample data. Raseed needs the internet to activate each computer or set up a phone, renew its licence now and then, and sync phones that are away.

0 of 12 payments- At 7:12 PM the four shops of Raseed Street are lit and in colour, and Bilal rides out on his motorbike.
- At 7:14 PM the feeder trips: the transformer sparks, the shops lose their colour one by one, and only the computers' screens stay lit on their UPS. The shops' lines to the cloud are cut.
- By 7:51 PM, inside Saffron Table, the computer has stayed on its UPS and the printer has gone on printing: 23 bills since 7:14 PM, stacked on the counter. Across town, Bilal's phone has no signal and counts 12 payments saved on the phone.
- At 7:52 PM the lights come back shop by shop. Bilal's phone sends his 12 payments to Ali Net's computer as envelopes over a direct link, until it shows 12 of 12, saved. One that comes twice bounces off: already have it.
Friday, 7:12 PM
Dinner rush on Raseed Street.
Every table at Saffron Table is full. Noor Medical Centre's evening OPD is calling token 34. Rang Collection is ringing up lawn suits for Eid, and Ali Net's recovery agent, Bilal, rides out on his rounds.
Built for load-shedding, patchy 4G and the basement market with no signal.
Raseed needs the internet only to activate a computer or set up a phone, renew its licence now and then, and sync phones that are away from the shop. How sync works · Raseed Street is an illustration. The shops are fictional. Bilal's phone is Raseed Business, in testing. Restaurants, clinics and clothing shops are in development.
02 Your data, your computer
Your records live with you. Not with us.
Invoices, customers, stock and payments are kept in a database on the computer in your shop. Our cloud only knows who you are, what you've subscribed to and, for staff you give the phone app, that they work for you.
- Your sales, invoices, customers, stock, patients' tokens and your agents' collections are saved in a database on the computer in your shop.
- Your agents' phones keep their own copy of what they need, sealed for your shop's computer, and sync it with the shop. Where a phone is, if you turn that on, goes to your shop's computer too, sealed so we can't read it.
- Softapplic's cloud keeps only accounts, yours and your staff's (passwords only as a hash), sign-in sessions, your organization and branches, your activated computers and signed-in phones, your plan, subscription and licence, payments for Raseed itself and, for staff you give the phone app, that they work for you.
- When your devices sync over the internet, the records travel sealed (end-to-end encrypted). Our cloud passes them along without being able to read them.
- Sales, stock and customers stored in our cloud: none.

Softapplic's cloud
Account details only
Sales, stock and customers in our cloud: none.
In your shop: 2 · In our cloud: 1, account details only
What our cloud does
- Signs you up and keeps your account
- Activates your computers and connects your staff's phones to your shop
- Keeps your plan, subscription and licence
- Signs licences so your computer can check them offline
- Introduces your devices so they can connect directly, remembering who asked to reach whom, and from which network addresses, for a minute
- Keeps sealed envelopes in a mailbox when they can't, and deletes each once it is picked up
- Signs a pass for each signed-in phone, so your shop's computer can let it join on your Wi-Fi while the internet is down
What our cloud never does
- Stores your sales, invoices or receipts
- Stores your customers, patients or subscribers
- Stores your stock or prices
- Reads the records your devices sync
- Moves your money
- Stores where your staff's phones are
We'd rather show you than promise you.
Yours and those of staff you give the phone app (each makes their own): name, mobile number, email, when the mobile number or email last changed, role in each shop. Passwords only as a scrambled hash; the phone PIN stays on the phone.
Which browser or phone, its IP address, when it was last used, and a phone's push token, which lets us tell it to look at its mail, with nothing in the message.
Name, description, business type, logo, brand colours, address and map location, phone, email, website, NTN and STRN, receipt lines, staff size, your answers about the business, how you heard about Raseed, and the notices in your portal's bell. It also keeps a record of what Softapplic's staff did to your account: each action, who did it, when and why, with their notes and calls about your account, any hold or promise to pay, and each change of your account's status.
Your activated computers and the phones signed in for your shop, yours and your staff's, each with a public key that proves it is that computer or phone: name or phone model, Windows or Android and app version, a computer's time zone, how each phone guards its key, when last seen, the place each phone takes in your plan, each request to activate a computer and what became of it, each change of a computer's versions, and what was done to a computer and by whom (activated, removed, locked).
Which of your staff may use the phone app for your shop and at which branch, their id on your computer, their role there (a label only), whether it is on, paused or ended, how they joined (QR, typed code, or on your shop's Wi-Fi while the internet was down, and then when our cloud heard of it), who gave access, from which computer, when, which wording of the notice the giver agreed to and, when removed in the portal, who removed it. Never the mobile number your shop keeps for them.
The modules you chose, each change of plan, when the trial ends and until when you've paid, and which computer holds each licence.
Amount, method (cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa), reference, who sent it (a wallet's mobile, a bank account's title or who handed the cash over) and from which bank, and any extra days of grace Softapplic gives.
Envelopes on their way between your phones and your shop's computer, or from an agent's phone to the Owner's, until they are picked up (30 days at most), with their address labels (which phone, which computer, when, and which of four sizes). We can't open them.
This list follows our cloud's database. If it ever changes, this page changes with it. Illustration with sample data.
03 Private by design
Our cloud is a courier. It carries sealed envelopes.
When Bilal's phone can't reach the shop computer, Raseed seals each update and leaves it in our mailbox. Our cloud sees an address label and a locked envelope. Nothing more.
- On your devices, an update is a normal record, like this Easypaisa payment Bilal collected.
- Before it leaves his phone, it is encrypted with keys only your own devices have.
- Our cloud sees who it's from, who it's for, its size and the time. Never what's inside.
- The shop computer opens it and records the payment.
- 1Sealed on Bilal's phone
- 2Our cloud carries it, shut
- 3Only your own devices open it
This is Raseed Business, the phone app, in testing. The address label is real: our cloud needs to know where to deliver. What's inside isn't readable to us, and we delete it once it's picked up. On your shop's Wi-Fi, nothing passes through our cloud at all.

05 JazzCash · Easypaisa · cash · bank transfer
Paid by JazzCash or Easypaisa. Recorded by Raseed.
Your customers pay the way they already do, and the money goes straight to you. Your staff record it and Raseed prints the receipt.
Show a payment by
- The customer pays you directly, by JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or cash.
- Your staff record the payment in Raseed with its method and transaction ID.
- Raseed matches it to the invoice, marks it paid, prints the receipt and adds a ledger entry that is never edited.
- The money never passes through Raseed.
Raseed keeps the record. It never touches the money.
Mistakes are fixed with a reversal entry, never an edit. Pay for Raseed itself the same way: cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

06 Raseed AI Early access
Ask your business a question. In English or Roman Urdu.
Being built to read your own records on your own computer, and answer like a sharp munshi.
Ask about early access- Raseed AI is an early-access feature in development.
- It is designed to answer questions from the records on your own computer, in English or Roman Urdu.
- Examples: who usually pays late, what runs out before Eid, how much to prep for Friday, which medicine runs low next week.
- In the picture, a question goes to the records on your shop's own computer and the answer comes back. The path to a cloud outside your shop is crossed out: it is designed so your books are not uploaded.
Early access: these are examples of a feature in development, made from sample data.

07 Fast
Fast on the PC you already have.
Built for the old PC on your counter. Your records sit on the same machine, so nothing waits on the internet.
- A search goes through 10,000 subscribers, on the shop's own computer.
- One subscriber comes out of the stack at once. Raseed is built to do that in under 100 ms.
- That figure is a design budget on our reference PC, not a benchmark.

Design budgets on our reference PC, not lab benchmarks. That PC is a 3rd or 4th-generation Core i3 with 4 GB of RAM, a spinning hard disk and Windows 10.
08 Secure, and fair
Locked down by design. Never locked out.
Raseed protects your records from outsiders, and protects you from ever losing access to them.
- The screen, the outer layer, is sandboxed: it has no internet access at all.
- The private line carries the screen's requests to the engine, inside this computer only, with a new key every launch.
- The engine keeps all the business rules, in one place.
- Your database, at the centre, is on this computer and is backed up before every upgrade.
- A request without the current launch's key gets no answer.
Layer by layer
No key, no answer. The full security tour
- Your licence is checked on this computer, with a digital signature.
- When a subscription lapses, the New invoice button locks.
- Open records and Export everything stay available, so every record can still be opened and exported.
Your data is never held hostage.
If your subscription lapses, Raseed turns read-only: you can still open every record and export it all.
- A payment of Rs 55,000 was typed wrong. It stays on the spike, unedited.
- A reversal entry of −Rs 55,000 lands on top of it and cancels it out.
- The correct payment of Rs 5,500 goes on as a new entry.
- Rs 5,500 is kept as 550,000 paisa, a whole number, so totals never drift.
Money entries are never edited.
Mistakes are corrected with a new reversal entry, so the full history is always there.

09 How it fits together
Start with what you need. Add the rest later.
One system in three places: the computer in your shop, your field staff's phones, and the web portal where you set it all up.
- You approve your computer in the Raseed portal, and the approval reaches the shop computer.
- The shop computer gives your field staff's phones their work.
- What a phone records comes back to the shop computer. Raseed Business, the phone app, is in testing.
The shop computer
Runs your business and keeps your records. Windows 10 or 11.
Your field staff's phones
Raseed Business, the phone app for everyone who works for your shop, is in testing. Today, agents collect on paper receipt books, keyed at your counter the same day.

- Choosing Invoices adds Clients, which needs Service plans and Zones.
- Choosing Payments also adds Invoices.
- Expenses and Reports need nothing else.
- Choosing Agent dashboard adds Recovery agents, which needs Zones and Payments. Agent dashboard is in development.
- Owner dashboard and Users & roles are always included.

Yes. Billing, receipts, stock, reports and printing all run on the computer in your shop. Raseed needs the internet only to activate a computer or set up a phone, to renew its licence from time to time, and to sync with phones that are away from your shop.
In a database on your own Windows computer. With Raseed Business, the phone app (in testing), your staff's phones keep their own copy of what they need, sealed for your shop's computer, and sync it with that computer.
No. Our cloud keeps your account and your staff's sign-ins, your organization and branches, your activated computers and signed-in phones, your plan, licence and payments for Raseed and, for staff you give the phone app, that they work for you, their role and who gave access. With your organization, it keeps the details you fill in: business type, logo, brand colours, address, phone, email, website, NTN and STRN, receipt lines, staff size, your answers about the business, and how you heard about Raseed. When your devices sync through our cloud, the records are sealed end to end: in our mailbox we see who an envelope is from, who it's for, its size and the time, never what's inside, and we delete it once it is picked up. Where your staff's phones are, Softapplic can't read.
Raseed turns read-only. You can still open every record and export everything. You're never locked out of your own data.
Your customers can pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa, cash or bank transfer, and your staff record each payment in Raseed against the right invoice. Raseed then prints the receipt and updates what's still due. Raseed isn't a payment gateway: it never receives, holds or moves money. You can pay for Raseed itself by any of these four methods too.
A Windows 10 or 11 PC (64-bit). Raseed is built to run well on an older 3rd or 4th-generation Core i3 with 4 GB of RAM and a regular hard disk. For now, one computer in each branch does the billing.
Thermal receipt printers that use ESC/POS, connected by USB, Bluetooth or your shop's network.
Raseed Business, the phone app, is in testing and not on Google Play yet; until it is, agents collect on paper receipt books, keyed at your counter the same day. With it, phones on your shop's Wi-Fi sync straight to your computer. Away from the shop, they connect over a direct link while the app is open and your computer is on, or leave sealed envelopes in our mailbox, which your computer picks up when it is on. Every update is numbered, so the same payment arriving twice is kept once.
No. Money entries are never edited or deleted. A mistake is corrected with a new reversal entry, so the full history is always there.
Receipts and bill slips print in Urdu. Raseed's screens are built for right-to-left Urdu, and their Urdu is being checked. We can give your demo in Urdu.
Internet and cable providers first. Modules for restaurants, clinics and hospitals, and clothing shops are in development, and you choose the modules your business needs.
An early-access feature being built to answer questions about your business from your own records, on your own computer, in English or Roman Urdu. It isn't generally available yet.
Tell us, or lock it yourself in the Raseed portal. The next time it connects to the internet, Raseed locks it and erases the records on it, and its licence is freed for your new computer. Only the shop's owner can ask for this, and we call the owner back before we do it. A wipe can't be undone. The records are also encrypted on the computer, and an optional Computer PIN stops anyone opening Raseed on a laptop that never goes online.
Request a demo. After that, you sign up in the Raseed portal, choose your modules and plan, and activate your computer: it shows a code, and you type it in the portal and approve it. Activation needs the internet, once.
See it run with the internet switched off.
Book a demo and watch Raseed keep billing with the internet switched off. We'll show you your kind of counter, in English or Urdu.
