Offline-first, in one evening

One street. Four shops. One load-shedding evening.

Scroll through forty minutes on Raseed Street, where every shop runs on Raseed.

Raseed Street: an illustration. The shops are fictional.

Friday, 7:12 PM

Dinner rush on Raseed Street.

Every table at Saffron Table is full. Noor Medical Centre's evening OPD is calling token 34. Rang Collection is ringing up lawn suits for Eid, and Khan Net's recovery agent, Bilal, rides out on his rounds.

7:14 PM

The feeder trips. The street goes dark.

The UPS keeps each shop's computer running. The routers don't make it, and the internet is gone. On most software, this is where the billing stops.

7:15 PM to 7:51 PM

Raseed doesn't even notice.

Bills print at Saffron Table. Tokens print at Noor Medical Centre. Rang Collection's stock counts down with every sale. Everything is saved on the computer in each shop, so nothing waits for the internet.

7:52 PM

The lights come back. Everything catches up.

The routers wake up and Bilal's phone finds a connection. It sends his 12 payments to Khan Net's computer, in order, exactly once. Nothing lost. Nothing counted twice.

Built for load-shedding, patchy 4G and the basement market with no signal.

Raseed needs the internet only to activate a computer, renew its licence now and then, and sync phones that are away from the shop.

How sync works

Your data, your computer

Your records live with you. Not with us.

Invoices, customers, stock and payments are kept in a database on the computer in your shop. Our cloud only knows who you are and what you've subscribed to. Tap a card to see where it lives.

  1. Your account and your staff's sign-ins: name, mobile number, email, role. Passwords only as a scrambled hash.

    • Your email
  2. Sign-in sessions: which browser or device, its IP address, when it was last used.

  3. Your organization and branches: name, description, business type, logo, phone, map location.

  4. Activated computers and phones: name, type, Windows or Android and app version, time zone, when last seen, a public key that proves it's your computer, and what was done to it and by whom (activated, removed, locked).

    • This computer's name
  5. Your plan, subscription and licences: the modules you chose, when the trial ends and until when you've paid, and which computer holds each licence.

    • Your plan
    • Your licence
  6. Payments for Raseed itself: amount, method (cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa), reference, and any extra days of grace Softapplic gives.

  7. Sealed envelopes on their way between your devices. We can't open them.

This list follows our cloud's database. If it ever changes, this page changes with it.

  1. Your sales, invoices, customers, stock, patients' tokens and your agents' collections are saved in a database on the computer in your shop.
  2. Your agents' phones keep their own copy of what they need and sync it with the shop.
  3. Softapplic's cloud keeps only your account and your staff's sign-ins (passwords only as a hash), sign-in sessions, your organization and branches, your activated computers and phones, your plan, subscription and licence, and payments for Raseed itself.
  4. When your devices sync over the internet, the records travel sealed (end-to-end encrypted). Our cloud passes them along without being able to read them.
  5. Sales, stock and customers stored in our cloud: none.

Private by design

Our cloud is a courier. It carries sealed envelopes.

When Bilal's phone can't reach the shop computer directly, Raseed seals each update on his phone and opens it on the shop computer. In between, our cloud sees an address label and a locked envelope. Nothing more.

  1. On your devices, an update is a normal record, like this Easypaisa payment Bilal collected.
  2. Before it leaves his phone, it is encrypted with a key only your own devices have.
  3. Our cloud sees who it's from, who it's for, its size and the time. Never what's inside.
  4. The shop computer opens it and records the payment.

JazzCash · Easypaisa · cash · bank transfer

Paid by JazzCash or Easypaisa. Recorded by Raseed.

Your customers pay the way they already do. Your staff record each payment in Raseed against the right invoice, and Raseed prints the receipt and updates what's still due. The money goes straight to you: Raseed never holds or moves it.

  1. The customer pays you directly, by JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or cash.
  2. Your staff record the payment in Raseed with its method and transaction ID.
  3. Raseed matches it to the invoice, marks it paid, prints the receipt and adds a ledger entry that is never edited.
  4. The money never passes through Raseed.

Mistakes are fixed with a reversal entry, never an edit. How money stays exact

Pay for Raseed itself the same way: cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Raseed AI

Early access

Ask your business a question. In English or Roman Urdu.

Raseed AI is being built to read your own records on your own computer and answer like a sharp munshi: what's selling, who's late, what to stock before Eid. It's designed to work inside your shop, not by sending your books to someone else's server.

ExampleSample data

You asked: Is mahine kaun late pay karega?

Raseed AI answered: 12 subscribers in Zone B paid late three months running. Remind them on the 3rd?

  2. It is designed to answer questions from the records on your own computer, in English or Roman Urdu.
  3. Examples: who usually pays late, what runs out before Eid, how much to prep for Friday, which medicine runs low next week.
  4. In the picture, your records and Raseed AI sit together inside your shop; a path outside it, labelled "Your books uploaded to an AI service", is crossed out.

Early access: these are examples of a feature in development, made from sample data.

Fast

Fast on the PC you already have.

Raseed is built for the computer most counters actually have: a 3rd or 4th-generation Core i3 with 4 GB of RAM, a spinning hard disk and Windows 10. Your records sit on the same machine, so nothing waits on the internet.

  1. The screen, the outer layer, is sandboxed: it has no internet access at all.
  2. The private line carries the screen's requests to the engine, inside this computer only, with a new key every launch.
  3. The engine keeps all the business rules, in one place.
  4. Your database, at the centre, is on this computer and is backed up before every upgrade.
  5. A request without the current launch's key gets no answer.

Your data is never held hostage.

Your licence is checked on your computer with a digital signature, so Raseed opens without internet. If your subscription lapses, Raseed turns read-only: you can still open every record and export it all.

Rs 5,500 = 550,000 paisa. Whole numbers, so totals never drift.

Money entries are never edited.

Mistakes are corrected with a new reversal entry, so the full history is always there. Amounts are kept in whole paisa, so totals never drift.

  4. Rs 5,500 is kept as 550,000 paisa, a whole number, so totals never drift.

How it fits together

Start with what you need. Add the rest later.

One system in three places: the computer in your shop, your field staff's phones, and the web portal where you set it all up.

  • The shop computer

Runs your business and keeps your records. Windows 10 or 11.

  • Your field staff's phones

Recovery agents record collections on the Raseed Android app, even with no signal.

  • The Raseed portal

Sign up, choose your modules and plan, and approve your computers.

Pick a module. Raseed brings what it needs.

  1. Request a demo

We show you Raseed with your kind of counter.

  2. Build your workspace

Choose modules in the portal; Raseed adds what they depend on.

  3. Approve in the portal

Your computer shows a code. Type it in the portal and approve it, or scan its QR code with your phone.

This step needs the internet, once.
